Empire All-Stars premier instructors and staff are industry experts with decades of experience working with athletes from beginner, recreational, and novice cheer participants to advanced competitive cheer athletes. Each staff member brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our cheer athletes.

We utilize strategic, progression-based training techniques which emphasize mastering the basics & prioritize the overall well-being of each athlete. This mission sets Empire All-Stars apart from other programs in the area. We encourage our community to look at life lessons beyond the awards podium when choosing Empire as their cheer home.

Empire is home to exceptional, caring coaches genuinely invested in each athlete. We pride ourselves on the difference they will make in your child’s life! Our coaches will teach skills that will last a lifetime and build pride in their accomplishments and those of the entire Empire All-Stars family.

Coach Becca owns Empire All-Stars. She has 20+ years of experience coaching competitive gymnastics, springboard diving, and all-star tumbling. She is USAG certified in Tumbling & Trampoline and USASF Levels 1 - 6. Most recently, Becca has worked as the RVAS Levels 1-3 tumbling coach and Program Director for Bismarck Gymnastics Academy. 

Coach TJ owns Streamline Cheer, a cheer consulting business traveling the country teaching athletes and coaches all aspects of All-Star and High School Cheer. She is USASF Certified Level 1-6. Last season, she coached Level 1 at RVAS and was a speaker at the Minnesota Cheerleading Coaches Association (MCCA) Annual Conference this spring. She works full-time in the cheerleading industry between her roles at Empire and Streamline Cheer.
