Ameh Ogbemudia is from St. Francis, MN.  While attending St. Francis High School she played Varsity Basketball before graduating in 2015.  In 2015 she went on to pursue her Criminal Justice degree while playing basketball for Waldorf University in Forest City Iowa.  (NAIA D2).  Ameh completed her collegiate career with 1,013 points, 517 rebounds, 100 games played and All Conference honors.  Ameh graduated in 2019 with her BS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology.

Philosophy: 

Playing at an elite level requires a well-rounded athlete.  Pressures to be at the highest levels can take a toll on your self-esteem so taking care of yourself is number one.  Individualized work out plans to fit all of your baller skills.
