Jeff began swimming at an age group team in Atlanta, GA and continued competitive swimming through high school.  He consistently qualified for State and League championships, earning top rankings in butterfly, IM and freestyle. Jeff started as an assistant coach 2001 with the Tarrytown YMCA. He was a key member of the coaching staff that developed the PACE SETTERS program from 2002 – 2008. The team developed JO champions, METRO TOP 10 times, Zones and Senior Mets qualifiers. He is a member of the American Swim Coaches Association as a LEVEL 2 coach. Jeff has three young children on the team and his wife, Eleni, is an active member in the development of the future of the team.

Vlad began his swimming career with the age group team Spartans in Ossining, NY. Once in high school, he began swimming Varsity where he help the team win leagues with Ossining High School in 2015 and 2016. In 2017 he helped Pleasantville High School win leagues. 2015 - 2017 he got the "All League" award for being a top 3 scorer for his respective Varsity teams. Vlad continued his swimming career in college at SUNY Potsdam where he made appearances at the SUNYAC Championships 2018-2020. Vlad begins his coaching career with the Rays and is excited to be a part of the future of the team.

Tiffany is beginning her first year of coaching with the Rays, where she will work primarly with the Age Group Bronze swimmers. 

Tiffany's previous experience includes working as an instructor for Rivertown Academy, and as an assistant director at Pocantico Hills School Pool. 

She was a student-athlete for 7 years with the Rivertown Rays, swam for 4 years on varsity with Horace Greely HS, and graduated from Boston University. She qualified for Metro JO's for primaly Free and Fly,  Metro Zone qualifier for 50 Free, and High School sectionals for 100 Fly.
