2 - Team Gear: This past week, much of our team gear (suits and caps) was distributed to many of you. We have been notified that there were a lot of suits distributed with incorrect sizing. Please take a moment to review the equipment that you received if you have not done so and please email the [email protected] account with any issues.

We are still awaiting more gear delivery which will be distributed once received. If you have not received your gear it is likely still on its way.

3 - Beginner/Beginner Plus Senior/Junior Assignments: We currently have a ton of availability for both days this week. Please email Coach Kyle at [email protected] if you'd like to be added to any of these sessions or if you cannot attend. We could certainly use some assistance from our Junior group as well!

4 - SSC Turkey Trot Distance Swim Meet 11/19: Please submit your entries by tomorrow morning if you would like to be added to the meet.Spots are almost all full!

5 - Raffle Ticket Distribution: Reminder: ***Raffle tickets will be distributed soon***

We are about to start our 2021-2022 Annual Fundraiser! Beginner and Beginner Plus ONLY parents, this is optional for you.
You have no requirements to participate but you are encouraged to!

Fundraising money is solely used to enhance the kid’s experience in the program, not for operational costs.

In the past we have fundraised for:

  • New Timing System for North
  • Dolphin Watches
  • Lane lines for North, East and Holtsville
  • New Blocks for North
  • Backstroke Flags for North, East and Holtsville

Any monies from fundraising not used for equipment are used toward offsetting the cost of the annual team party/awards dinner and/or items for the kids (windbreakers/hats/etc...)

If you don’t recall how it works or are new to our club, here are the simple steps:

  • Raffle Tickets will be distributed to all families in November.
  • Any tickets sold you turn in the money and the tickets.
  • Raffle tickets sales are open from the distribution of tickets through the February Freeze home meet on February 6, 2022.

This year's raffle will be for the following:

  • 1st prize - Apple 13” MacBook Pro (or cash value)
  • 2nd prize - Amazon Gift Card of $750 (or cash value)
  • 3rd-5th prize - Visa Gift Card of $250 (or cash value)
  • Top Seller - Visa Gift Card of $250 (or cash value)

6- Championship Meet Update December 2 Through December 5th: We are currently working with the host team for our upcoming Championship meet to provide you all with this year's meet information. Unfortunately, the meet information has not been made accessible to us at this time due to ongoing COVID restrictions and organizational obstacles. We are hard at work determining a solution. Thank you for your patience throughout this process.
