Weekly Update 05/30 - 06/05
Hello Team,
Good evening and congratulations to our SSC Swimmers who absolutely obliterated their times in this past A-May-Zing Races Meet and Freestyle Time Trial. We are so proud of the constant progress we’ve had here at Sachem and proud to see so many determined swimmers pushing for cut times and best times.
Looking ahead at our summer schedule, we can expect some major changes soon with our practice schedule as we start heading outside to train Long Course!
I have put together an estimated Summer Practice schedule for all to view and we will be updating it weekly in these weekly updates should anything change or become more clear. For now, please read through this email in its entirety and be sure to mark major events, practice times, and practice locations down to start making the most of our Summer Schedule!
Please also make sure to set up your emails correctly on your SSC accounts and register for our group reminds on the remind app (Information below). Please pass this information along to your SSC friends and families so that we are all in the loop and informed about special events and opportunities whenever they arise!
Enjoy the rest of your Memorial Day Weekend!
Thanks all,
-Coach Kyle

2022 Summer Meet Calendar - LONG COURSE METERS

Please speak with your group coaches at practice if you have any questions about this transition to the long course season.
Please be advised that meet attendance is highly encouraged. Long Course season will fly by, so be sure you’ve earned your cut times early on in the season!
