Thank you all who are taking advantage of the local meet this weekend. We appreciate that the varying ages and levels of our athletes are working hard toward their goals and continuing to swim even if they cannot travel.

Meet Sessions: LIE July Summer Sizzler - July 8th & 9th

Sessions #1 & 3 - Saturday/Sunday AM - Ages 11/12 and 13/14 - 8:00 warm up 9:00 start                         

Sessions #2 & 4 - Saturday/Sunday PM - Ages 10 & under and OPEN - 2:00 pm warm-up, 3:00 pm start
