Events shown in this link that were scratched include all 15-18 boys relays, all 15-18 Girls relays excluding event #21 200 Medley Relay (Nora Bragg added to event #21), all 13-14 Boys relays. Individual scratches include Lucas Robles and Kaylie Vertichio.

Meet Session Start Times: *THE MEET SESSIONS HAVE BEEN CHANGED*
Thank you in advance for respecting the volunteers and staff who work so hard to make this event a success. Coaches and athletes will not be permitted on the pool deck until 7:00 am each day. Updated warm-up and start times are as follows for the weekend. Please note the difference in Warm-up Time for Friday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.
Friday AM: 7:30am warm up, 8:45am start
Friday PM: 12:15pm warm up, 1:30pm start
Saturday AM: 7:30am warm up, 8:45am start
Saturday PM: 12:15pm warm up, 1:30pm start
Sunday AM: 7:30am warm up, 8:45am start
Sunday PM: 12:45pm warm up, 2:00 pm start

$60.00/ 6 Sessions = 3 AM Sessions & 3 PM Sessions
The original ticket must be presented each session along with the wrist band which will be given upon entering the facility the first session. $22.50 / 2 Sessions on the same day – a different wristband will be distributed each day for this band.
There is a $10 CASH fee for a lost/removed wrist band. No exceptions. $15.00 CASH fee will be charged if the original ticket is not presented. $15/session = 1 session.
$25.00/session Cash only at Door
Programs and heat sheets will be available on Meet Mobile.
EPBeyond Photography: EPBeyond Photography will be at the 2023 Age Group Championships providing action photography for the event. If you would like to have your swimmer photographed please click on the link below. You'll be able to select up to four individual races throughout the weekend but heats fill up so act fast! Please note that they are only photographing those swimmers who are signed up.

For Coaches: Scratches for Timed Finals:
This meet will be pre-seeded the night before the competition.
Scratches are due by 6 pm the night before the competition by email to [email protected]
Friday Scratches: Due Thursday 7/20 at 6:00 pm BY EMAIL [email protected]
Saturday Scratches: Due Friday 7/21 at 6:00 pm BY EMAIL [email protected] OR Clerk of Course
Sunday Scratches: Due Saturday 7/22 at 6:00 pm BY EMAIL [email protected] OR Clerk of Course
Relay Names:
For all meets, relay names are due to the head table 30 minutes before the start of each session. If you are able to email them ahead of time to [email protected] that would be very helpful. As per the meet announcement, each relay must be made of at least 2 athletes that are entered in individual events. Relay only swimmers must be entered on the final accepted entry file to be eligible to swim.
