Fitter and Faster Swim Clinic & Video Analysis

Hey Team,

I am issuing another quick reminder to you all to please register for the upcoming Fitter and Faster Clinic if you have not already done so! This clinic will feature a lot of hard-hitting subjects in Swimming but more importantly, includes a video-taping analysis option as well! Please consider taking advantage of this clinic is about to go live for all other programs to sign up for. SSC always gets first dibs on this clinic but we need to fill these spots either way! Fitter & Faster Underwaters, Turns, and Video Analysis Clinic

We are excited to announce we will be welcoming back our friends from Fitter & Faster for a Faster Flip Turns / Video Analysis Swim Camp on October 21 & 22.

Please keep in mind 100% of our camps with Fitter & Faster have sold out. Please take the time to sign up while there are spots available. With a curriculum as valuable as Faster Flip Turns & Underwaters I am sure this camp will fill up quickly.

There will be two sessions each day, one for swimmers ages 12 and under and one for swimmers ages 13 and older. The curriculum each day will be: 

October 21:The Fifth Stroke Underwaters

October 22: Faster Flip Turns, Open Turns & Finishes

October 21: Elite Video Analysis

As an additional option, on Saturday afternoon, swimmers can get the same video analysis as the Pros! This portion of the camp is open to any age. You can find out more details about this on the website!
