LIE Octoberfest Meet (Juniors, Seniors, and Advanced Swimmers) All Dev/Nov athletes have been removed from the entries to this meet unless otherwise communicated. Dev/Nov athletes please see the TVSC meet info below.
Oct. 13 - Session 1 (All Ages): 4:00pm Warmup 5:00 pm Start (500 Swimmers swim later than 200 swimmers - Please arrive by 5:45pm to warm up if you are in the 500).
Oct. 14 - Session 2 (13-14 athletes): 8:00am Warmup 9:00 am Start, Session 3 (Open athletes): 2:00pm Warmup 3:00 pm Start

2023 TVSC Ann Wycoff Meet

Please be advised that the 2023 TVSC Ann Wycoff Memorial Swim meet has had a MAJOR REVISION and has been reposted to our website.
This meet is for Developmental & Novice athletes ONLY. Please do not confuse this with the LIE meet (above).

Session 1 – (Ages: 11-12/13-14/15-18) Friday: 3:45 PM warm-up, 5:00 PM start. (SSC will likely warm up at 4:05pm).
Session 2 – (Ages: 10&Under) Sunday AM: 7:00 AM warm-up, 8:00 AM start.
Session 3 – (Ages: 11-12/13-14) Sunday MID: 12:00 PM warm-up, 1:00 PM start.
Session 4 – (Ages: 15-18) Sunday PM: 4:30 PM warm-up, 5:30 PM start.

Farmingdale Aquatics VS Sachem Swim Club DUAL MEET
At The New Howitt Middle School Pool

This is a CO-HOSTED meet with Farmingdale Aquatics and SSC will be responsible for providing 8 timers for the meet. These will count towards the 6 required during the year. Signup will be done the same as any other home meet.

Please note that this meet will be AUTOMATIC ENTRY for Junior, Advanced, and Senior Swimmers.
With the new Dual Meet we’ve added this year, we hope to bring as much SSC representation to this meet to make it as fun and exciting of an opportunity as possible! This will be a SCORED meet so we would love to have as many SSC athletes there as possible! Mid-Season Championship Meets
Now is a good time to remind you all to head over and take a look at the SSC Meet Calendar for additional upcoming Home and Away meets! Most importantly, take a look at the travel and local championship meets in December (Turkey Claus, NCAP Invite, and the HAA TYR Eagle Invite). These meets are going to be big competitions that we are looking for the best representation of our athletes at! If you cannot travel or if it is not in the budget, please consider going to the HAA Eagle Invite, otherwise, we encourage all athletes to participate in Turkey Claus or NCAP if you qualify!

Cut times are NOW AVAILABLE for the 2023 NCAP Invitational. Please click here to view the meet info and cut times in meet information packet.
Entry in Turkey Claus is for any level (Dev->Seniors) athlete. The only prerequisite to entering this meet is having legal swim times in the events that you enter into! If you qualify for any events at the NCAP Invite, you cannot swim them at Turkey Claus. If you qualify for 3 or more NCAP events, you cannot swim in Turkey Claus. Please plan accordingly!
SSC Meet Entry Protocols Explained
Please remember that you can and should insert notes when submitting your entries through your accounts on SachemSwimClub.com. When doing so, please indicate which days/sessions you are available for. Leaving no notes will result in automatic enrollment in every session for up to 3 events each session per individual. Please also indicate whether your swimmer has requested to swim less than the standard 3 events or if they have any specific goals or plans for said meet. If you are not managing that correctly, you may be paying for additional entries and leaving coaches wondering if you’re showing up to a specific session or not! Parents are responsible to SSC for payment for all entries on away meets. These are charged to your account and due the 1st of the month after the meet.
If you are having trouble interpreting the SSC Meet Calendar, then please send [email protected] an email requesting a phone call to review and manage your entries. You can also send this information via email if you experience any trouble with your account.
When doing entries, please be reminded of your swimmers IMX (14&Unders as of January 2024) and event completion requirements for training group move up consideration. You can review some of the Training Group Standards on our website!
Please also review your swimmers times at the links below to determine which events may be a good idea to try, which have not been completed, and which may be close to future meet qualifying times!
