Weekly Message From Head Coach Kyle

 

SSC Swimmers & Parents,

 

After an amazing Distance meet, it's onward to Championship Season for SSC! Thanks to our parents and BOD for making yesterday’s distance meet a great success and thanks to the athletes who posted insane drops as always for taking advantage of this opportunity.

 

Swimmers/Parents - Please be reminded of the practice schedule changes issued last week and this week due to the changing Varsity Seasons. We had a few mistaken drop offs this week, so please review this week’s schedule in detail and be sure to go to the right locations!

 

Beginner & Beginner Plus Swimmers/Parents - THERE ARE NO SESSIONS THIS WEEK FOR THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

 

CHAMPIONSHIP MEETS:

 

HAUP Eagle Invite - Meet info is posted. Thanks to all who committed. Please begin reviewing the meet information on the SSC MEET CALENDAR and be sure to input any notes needed to indicate any sessions that you cannot attend within your swimmer’s age group! This is a Prelims/Finals meet.  This means if you are in the top finishers of swimmers in the preliminary sessions, you are expected to return for Finals.  All SSC Swimmers should be participating in FINALS if you qualify for them. Also, if you are an alternate, you should be present as well.  Coaches will advise swimmers and parents if they make finals or “scratch” into them.

 

Machine Aquatics Turkey Claus - IS CLOSED. No additional entries are being accepted at this time. 

 

NCAP Invite - Entries have been submitted to the meet hosts. Please double-check your swimmers' qualified events and be sure to scratch events if they exceed 7 individual events or more than 3 in a session (not including relays).
