SSC Swimmers & Parents,
Tomorrow is the Farmingdale Aquatics Quad meet! Please use the above link to review the meet information update by clicking this link for information regarding tomorrow’s meet. As always, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your warm up time! Swimmers are encouraged to bring their own chairs to sit in at this meet as well as extra towels!
Juniors and Advanced Swimmers, Please be advised that this Tuesday we will be adding a Starts Clinic at Sachem East from 6:30 - 8:00pm to work on starts! Please click the link in the schedule attached and embedded below to register!
