SSC Meet Update 01.31.24 - SSC February Freeze & Pre-Frozen Time Trial

Hello Team,

 

There have been some updates regarding the 02/02 Feb Freeze Friday Evening warm ups. Please see the below and be sure to update your schedules! All Entries, changes, scratches, etc. are FINAL. No further changes will be accepted. Top Times reports and qualification times are at the bottom of this email. Please use them to reference your swimmers' events this weekend!

 

FRIDAY 02/02 Warm Up Assignments

SSC Warm Up Session #1 *NEW* - Lanes 1-6, 3:40-4:00pm

SSC Warm Up Session #2 - Lanes 1-6, 4:00 - 4:20pm

 

SSC Fundraiser Raffle:

All SSC Raffle Tickets are due ASAP to SSC Group Head Coaches or BOD members. The raffle results will be drawn immediately following the conclusion of the meet on Sunday 02/04/24 and a video to the drawing will be shared in the weekly update Sunday Evening!

 

Fine Designs & SSC Merch:

Fine Designs meet clothing and merch will be available for purchase during the meet in the Cafeteria. Additionally, snacks, drinks, and SSC Gear will be available for purchase in the Cafeteria throughout the meet!

UPDATE: Due to the high volume of SSC Athletes, we are offering an additional, earlier warm up session. If you can make the earlier session, please do as we have to accommodate 175 athletes in 40 minutes of warm up!

Please note that late arrivalswill not be permitted to warm up. You may be removed from the meet without reentry if late! Coaches will not be able to receive communications if you are late!
