2024 Eastern Zone Speedo Sectionals Meet

Location: Brown University, Rhode Island

Meet sessions have been adjusted into 3 sessions each day. Please see the attached timeline in the meet information for session start times.

 

SSC Qualifying Athletes and Relay Only Athletes have been contacted for commitment. Travel Packets have been distributed.

2 - Paperwork: All Swimmers Must remember to bring their travel packets and their USA Swimming Waiver signed!!!!

3- Thursday 03/21 Meet Warm Up: Vans #2-3 AM Practice @ Patchogue YMCA 5:30 - 6:30am (meet warm up), all of Van #1 will be able to swim at Brown at 1:00pm in general Warm Up. 

 

 

 

2024 MR Bronze Championship Meet - 

Location: Hofstra University Swim Center

Dates: March 22nd - 24th

Friday, March 22

Session #1: 4:00 pm WarmUp, 5:00 PM Start

3/23/2024 **Afternoon session warm-up and start times may be adjusted after the meet entries deadline. All teams will be notified**

Session #2: 8:00 AM Warm Up, 9:00 AM Start

Session #3: 2:00 PM Warm Up, 3:00 PM Start

3/24/2024 **Afternoon session warm-up and start times may be adjusted after the meet entries deadline. All teams will be notified**

Session #4: 8:00 AM WarmUp, 9:00 AM Start

Session #5: 2:00 PM Warm Up, 3:00 PM Start

 

The Metro Bronze Championship is next weekend! At this point, all entries are final and no changes can be made. All fees are also FINAL. If you can no longer attend or if you did not review your entries before this scratch deadline, please let your Group Coaches and/or Coach Kyle know so that we can add your changes to the scratch/sign-in sheet at the meet!

 

As stated, all SSC members who qualify have been automatically added. If you are on the entry report you are in this meet. All of these changes were DUE by 03/15/24 by 12:00pm at the latest.

SSC Last Chance Time Trial

Location: Sachem East High School

Date: April 4th

Time: 5:00-5:20pm Warm Up, 5:25pm Start

This will be the LAST POSSIBLE CHANCE for qualification in the ASCSC Suffolk County Time Trial. If you miss this opportunity, you will NOT be granted another qualification opportunity for this meet. Please make every effort to attend should you have any less than 4 qualifying times for the Counties Championship!!!! Cut times are attached to the ASCSC County Championship meet on our website!

 

Please note the following:

1. This time trial will be ONLY for events that the swimmer has not yet qualified for the 2024 ASCSC Suffolk County Championship yet.

2. This time trial will additionally offer an opportunity for athletes needing Distance events (500 Free, 1,650 Free, and 1,000 Free) which will aid other ssc athletes with breaks between their events. These slots will be limited.

3. All requests for entry to this time trial will be due VIA EMAIL ONLY to [email protected]

4. Order of events in this time trial as are follows, please indicate in your email if your events do not have breaks between them for potential accommodations:

1 - 50 Freestyle (10 & Under)

2 - 100 Freestyle (11 & Over)

3 - 50 Breaststroke (10 & Under)

4 - 100 Breaststroke (11 & Over)

5 - Break & 1,650/1,000 Free

6 - 50 Backstroke (10 & Under)

7 - 100 backstroke (11 & Over)

8 - 50 Butterfly (10 & Under)

9 - 100 Butterfly (11 & Over)

10 - Break & 500 Freestyle

11 - 100 IM (10 & Under)

12 - 200 IM (11 & Over)

 

 

 

 

2024 County Championship - ASCSC Counties 

Location: Nassau County Aquatic Center

Dates: April 13th - 14th

  • This is a MANDATORY MEET. Should you qualify, you are expected to attend. Failure to attend will result in a fine.

  • If you are unsure of qualification or how to determine your athlete’s qualification, please email your group coach or reach out to Coach Kyle. 

  • SSC Will be hosting a last chance time trial 04/04/24 prior to the meet entry deadline for this meet.
