2024 RAC Sandbox Invitational
(Long Course Meters team Travel Championship Meet)

RAC Sandbox Invitational is now CLOSED. The final entries, est timelines, warmup assignments, psych sheets, etc have been submitted and posted. Please note that relay selections are subject to change in both order and placement so please note that current relay entries are placeholders! We will review all Relay Entries during Prelims of the meet with the athletes.

Reminder: SSC Relay entries are NOT FINAL. As per usual, we must first bookmark our relays to secure their entries! The relay orders and individuals in the relays are always subject to change based on meet timelines, individual scratches, and best conglomerate time changes! We expect to see some changes in the 13-14 Girls Relays and the 15+ Girls relays. We will announce final relays during the meet. Any questions, please feel free to email them ahead of time so that we can work with you!

All warm-ups are in the outdoor pool. Indoor pool will be closed during warm ups and will be open for warm up/cool down during the session.
Friday's session - please have the swimmers bring their own counters and timers

SSC Swimmers & Parents,
I am excited to announce that we have added a new meet to our summer LCM Meet schedule to serve as an end of the season championship meet. We have received a ton of requests for additional competitive opportunities this summer, and due to the limited LCM meet calendar, we are hoping that there is interest in this new meet!
The added meet is called the 2024 Season Ending Championship Meet and it will be held on August 2nd-4th at the University of Connecticut! Please click here to read more about this meet!
As we do in the SCY season with the Turkey Claus, NCAP, and HAA Holiday championship meets, we wanted to provide an opportunity to our athletes who are looking for a Prelims/Finals Championship meet without qualifying times. This allows our training groups to have all athletes on the same programming to peak performance together as a group! This is a great opportunity to show off what you can do with a complete season of training behind you and to earn the summer break that follows!
