How do we join the team?
Getting started with us is a breeze! If your swimmer is new or on the younger side, we'll set them up with one of our coaches for a quick in-water assessment to find the perfect practice group at one of our New Swimmer Days. For those diving into competitive swimming for the first time, we'll ask if they're familiar with all four strokes, flip turns, and diving off starting blocks. If your swimmer has previous competitive experience, contact us at [email protected] and we'll need to know their best times.
What is the registration process?
Once you've been placed in a group, you can register for the team! We've streamlined Foxjets registration with our online platform. It should only take about 15 minutes to complete. Have your medical insurance card and credit card details handy. We outline all our policies in detail during registration, so be sure to give them a read. Registration is open August (fall-winter season) and March (spring-summer season). Join the team here.
How do I know which team level is right for my swimmer?
Every swimmer counts at Foxjets! We offer complimentary evaluations to pinpoint the best training program for each individual. To schedule an assessment or get more details, contact us at [email protected].
What is your cancellation policy?
All new swimmers have two weeks at the outset of the season to decide to withdraw. Just shoot us an email at [email protected] with the following details:
- Swimmer's name
- Swimmer's training group (e.g., Red, Bronze, Silver, NAT, etc.)
- Reason for cancellation
Once an account is canceled, we can't guarantee a spot will be available if the swimmer wishes to return. The account owner is responsible for any fees incurred before their last practice date. Unpaid balances will be collected if the swimmer returns, and we reserve the right to send any unpaid balances to collections if not resolved promptly.
