Sectional Hotel Deadline is the 17th

Any swimmer who may be going to sectionals needs to contact Coach K to get travel plans finalized.  I sent home a form with the kids that has events, q times and hotel info.  If you need a new form, please let me know.  I am trying to figure out who needs carpooling and who needs to stay in team rooms.  If you go to the landing page for Sectionals you will see the hotel contact info.  I am planning to book a room for boys and one for girls and let the parents take care of their own rooms from the block.  The deadline for that block is JUNE 17th and it will be hard to find rooms in Columbia that weekend. 

Over this weekend in Fort Smith I hope to have travel details finalized and final rooms blocked based on your communication about transportation and where your child will sleep.
