Please read: State Champs Thursday Set-Up Guidelines
The teams hosting the Championship meet in Fort Smith have assigned areas on the deck for each team. They have asked that we pass on the following information to help them to be able to manage the meet in the way to best cooperate with the requirements of the City:
Thursday:
1. Meet setup for the Aquahawgs and Tideriders (Host Teams) will be from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. We will need this time to set up timing equipment and tents for timers, cosches, hospitality, etc.
2. The pool will be available for swimmers to warm up and get a loosen up swim from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
3. Parents can set up team tents and own tents in assigned team area after 7:00 p.m.

Do not come earlier, do not ask to come earlier to set up team tents.
