A great article on the college recruiting process

The link below takes you to an article that is a MUST READ for any athlete who is soon to be starting the search for a college swimming program to fit them.  It is from Mel Stewart's website SWIMSWAM.COM and it is written by a former recruiting coordinator at the University of Nebraska.  If your swimmer is of the appropriate age please pass it on to them.  There are also some useful tips in the comments section as well.
