reminder- Wednesday practice!

since tonight is a make up night for the blue and black groups, our contract groups will practice at their normal times-- NOT the early times we often do on Wednesdays. 

Bronze- 4:40 lands, 5:00 swim.

Silver, Gold, Elite- 5:45 lands, 6:15 swim.
