Rufus Racing Go Green Triathlon this Saturday morning at WCHS!

Don't forget that Rufus Racing, one of our JCKW sponsors, is hosting the Go Green Triathlon this Saturday morning at the WCHS pool.  It is not too late to register, but you have to do it online at this link by Thursday night (tomorrow) at midnight!  The course is a 300 yard swim, a 13 mile bike, and a 3 mile run.  Sounds like a pretty good early season workout to me.  I wouldn't mind swapping the swim distance with the run though.

on a side note-- does anyone have a road bike I could borrow if I want to race in it?  ;)
