It is going to be an awesome weekend in Ft Smith at the Arkansas Swimming LSC Championships! Please take time to read the info to make sure you will be in the right place at the right time for your events. Remember: Relays are at the end of the morning prelim sessions. If you are a relay only swimmer on any of the days you have my permission to skip the normal warm up session and arrive at 9:30 to warm up in the short pool. Just please text Coach K to let me know so I don't run around looking for you! :)
