Practices This Week

-Mornings for contracts will be Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45am.
-Coach K will be on deck Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights this week as well. Silver group and up are welcome to come about 30 minutes early for some land work. (5:45pm) Elite are expected. :)
-Wednesday will be the earlier practice time, with Gold and Elite hitting the water at 4:30 and other contract groups at 5:15.
-Coach Kurt will also be offering a Friday afternoon for contracts as well. There will be no Saturday practice since the team will be at the MSA meet.
