Practices for the Week of October 14th

Since WCHS is hosting a meet on Tuesday there will be no practice that evening. Black and Blue groups will be offered a make up practice on Wednesday evening at their normal practice times. Contract group practices will also be at normal times Wednesday rather than the early schedule.

Prep 1 groups who would practice Tuesday can come for a make up at their normal times on Wednesday.

Prep 2 and 3 swimmers are welcome to come to a make up on Friday at 5pm. (There will be no 6pm class Friday, so all Prep 2 come at 5.)

Also, mornings for contracts are Tuesday and Thursday.

And don't forget, we would love to see you in the stands at the meet Tuesday night supporting local high school teams! Let's have a great week in practice and at SPA this weekend.
