PRO-AM families please read and reply if necessary

the link takes you to a lot of info about the pro-am...  I need all families going on the trip to verify their entries and travel details.  Also, please note the relays your swimmer is on so you can know when to be there.  Final entries are due tomorrow (Wednesday, December 11) so any changes need to be communicated ASAP, including events that you haven't qualified but might want to risk the $25 to swim them anyway.  :)
