I hope everyone is enjoying the break! Those of us who went to the Pro-Am are exhausted from swimming so darn fast. The Killer Whales had a great meet in OKC and I hope to have an update with all of the new team records soon.

While school is out the contract groups will offer practice Thursday and Friday the 26th and 27th, and Monday through Friday next week. All days we swim silver, gold and elite at 7am and bronze at 8:15, except for January 1st when we will let everyone sleep in a little and will swim all groups at 8.
