Mornings And Mizzou Reminder

This week contracts have mornings available Monday through Thursday from 6-8am. Evenings are the normal Mn day through Thursday 6-8pm.
Also, Mizzou entries are due. Coach K will be working on them all day Monday and hopes to send a final file Monday evening after practice so please get those events picked if you plan to go!
Congrats to everyone who raced at Ft Smith. I will update target charts with all the new best times as soon as I can!
