Practices This Week

It is taper time so we will not have any doubles offered this week. Evening practices will be at normal 6pm at Schiff on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Since many of us will be traveling Thursday evening, coach K will be offering a morning practice at 7am that morning at WCHS.
Looking forward to a great week of getting prepared to swim fast at champs!!
