Update

 

We hope everyone is staying safe and well.  We need to update you what impact COVID-19 has on our team.  Like so many parts of our lives the swimming community has also been turned upside down.  We hope and pray it is not for long.

 

1.  All practices (including lessons) are suspended until further notice.  We do not have access to the facility.  We do not know when we will be allowed to swim.  We do not know how long we will be asked by the Governor, CDC and others to participate in social distancing.  We do not know if we will have tristate. We do not know if we will have our meets.  We are day by day.... week by week.

 

2.  All accounts will not have dues processed until further notice.  This means on April 1st you will only be billed if you had a balance on your account from a meet or a delinquent account.  

 

3.  All online registrations for club, tristate, lessons and prep are currently turned off.  We are basically turning off the system until we are safe to move forward.

 

4.  Please do not email or send us requests for swimmers to suspend or stop accounts at this time.  We will give you plenty of notice before billing for a new month.  Administratively we think it is clear and easy to just put everything in a HOLD status. 

 

5.  If you can, please consider watching this video  HERE   It would really help us if we could have some source of fundraising while we are not receiving dues to pass on to our coaches. This video was made by Coach K and it is a program he wants everyone involved with. 

 

6.  If you are in Coach K's and Brian's  senior group your kiddos are getting some text reminds with some dryland training.  If you have questions about that feel free to email Shawn.  

 

If there is anything we can do for your kids let us know.  We want them to stay physically and mentally healthy.
