An Important Payment Update From the Board

Hi Berzerker Swim Families!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has already switched to ACH payments! We appreciate your help in kicking off this transition.

We're making an important update to our payment system to help keep our team financially strong and focused on our swimmers! Starting May 1st, we will be requiring all monthly payments to be made via ACH (bank transfer).

Why the change? By switching to ACH, we can avoid the significant 3% credit card processing fees. This will save our team approximately $5,000 per year! That's money we can reinvest directly into our swimmers and team resources.

If you choose to continue using a credit card, you will be responsible for covering the 3% processing fee.

We understand that change can sometimes be a little tricky, so please watch the attached video tutorial that walks you through the simple steps to update your payment method to ACH.

Please take a few minutes to watch the video and update your payment information by May 1st to avoid being charged the 3% processing fee.
