Please see the following warmup schedule for this weekend's Spooktacular in Topeka, which is co-hosted by our good friends the Topeka Swim Association and the Lawrence Aquahawks!

Warmups and Lane Assignments; Meet Start Times

• Friday PM
  • Warmups: 4:35 - 5:05 pm
  • Lane Assignments: Lanes 2 & 3
  • Meet Starts: 5:10 pm
• Saturday AM -- 12 & Under
  • Warmups: 7:35 - 8:05 am
  • Lane Assignments: Lanes 4 & 5
  • Meet Starts: 8:10 am
• Saturday PM -- 13 & Over
  • Warmups: 12:35 - 1:05 am
  • Lane Assignments: Lanes 2, 3, & 4
  • Meet Starts: 1:10 pm
• Sunday AM -- 12 & Under
  • Warmups: 7:35 - 8:05 am
  • Lane Assignments: Lanes 3 & 4
  • Meet Starts: 8:10 am
• Sunday PM -- 13 & Over
  • Warmups: 12:35 - 1:05 am
  • Lane Assignments: Lanes 3, 4, & 5
  • Meet Starts: 1:10 pm

Swim Cap & T-Shirt Coordination

• Friday: Whichever cap you want! Pink or black caps if you have one. Shirts of any color--maybe the purple Monster Splash shirts from 2018, if you have one. If not, I'll have some for sale at the meet.
• Saturday: Blue Caps* & Blue Shirts
• Sunday: White Caps* & White Shirts

*Black caps are always allowed.
