Meet Registration Deadlines & Practice January 5-6

Hello Swim Families!

Please be aware that the registration deadlines for two swim meets are coming up soon!

• 2024 True Blue Igloo, hosted by the Topeka Swim Association;
  • Deadline to register: December 28th, 8:00 pm
• 2024 Salina Ice Melt, hosted by the Salina Aquatic Club;
  • Deadline to register: January 5th, 6:00 pm

Due to the swim meet in Topeka on January 5th, 6th, and 7th (next weekend), there will be no Marlins practice on Friday, January 5th, and Saturday, January 6th.

Coach Reid will be at the meet in Topeka, Coach Myles is getting his wisdom teeth removed, and Coach Lucy will not return until K-State's spring semester begins on January 16th.

P.S. Please remember that practice tomorrow, Thursday, December 28th, will be during the 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm timeslot.

• Minnows: 3:30 - 4:30 pm
• Blue 4:30 - 5:30 pm
• Platinum: 3:30 - 5:30 pm

I apologize that this overlaps with the 2023 Pop Tarts Bowl where K-State will face off with NC State. It is what it is. If your child swim Minnows, you can still see kick-off!

We revert to our normal times on Friday, December 29th (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm) and Saturday, December 30th (7:30 am - 9:30 am).

There will be no practice on Monday, January 1st.

Everything will revert to normal on January 2nd, with the exception of the practice cancellations on Friday, January 5th, and Saturday, January 6th.
