Frosty Frolic Warmup Information

Hello Swim Families!

Please see the following warmup information for this weekend's 2024 Fosty Frolic in Topeka!

• Satruday AM -- 13 & Over
  • Warmups: 8:00 - 8:25 am
  • Lanes: Lane 6, East Pool (Blue lane lines; diving boards)
  • Meet Starts: 9:00 am
• Saturday PM -- 12 & Under
  • Warmups: 11:25 am
  • Lanes: Lanes 2 & 3, East Pool (Blue lane lines; diving boards)
  • Meet Starts: 12:00 pm
• Sunday AM -- 13 & Over
  • Warmups: 8:00 - 8:25 am
  • Lanes: Lane 6, East Pool (Blue lane lines; diving boards)
  • Meet Starts: 9:00 am
• Sunday PM -- 12 & Under
  • Warmups: 11:25 am
  • Lanes: Lanes 3 & 4, East Pool (Blue lane lines; diving boards)
  • Meet Starts: 12:00 pm

The east pool with the red lane lines will remain open during the meet for swimmers to warmup and warm down before and after their races.

Swimmers are not allowed in the main bleachers; however, they are allowed to sit with their families in the small bleachers near the east pool. There is also a swimmer-only crash area on the south end of the facility, behind where the coaches' tables are.

Please be advised that parents are not allowed on the south end of the pool deck.

For those not attending the meet, Coach Kaidnce will be running practice in Manhattan at Genesis.
