Warm-Up Information: McPherson Aquapups Mid-Chance Meet 07/01

Hello Swim Families!

Please see the following information for the meet tomorrow evening in McPherson.

• Warmups: 5:00-5:20 PM
• Meet Starts: 6:15 PM

If a swimmer is late for warmups, coaching resources will not be available to assist them or help them warmup with another team after our slated warmup time.

All swimmers must be on time or forfeit their privilege to warm up.  There will not be an alternate time for our team to warm up.

There will be tents along the west side of the pool for coaches only. 

Only Swimmers, Coaches, and Officials may be under the tents at any time before and during the swim meet.  Parents and other spectators must stay on the North and East sides of the pool.  This is a USA SWIMMING rule/regulation.

Unless you are timing, volunteering as an official, or a member of the Marlin's Coaching Staff, you CANNOT be behind the blocks at any time, though there will likely be calls for timers during warmups. There is also absolutely NO filming or photos behind the blocks. Again, this is a USA SWIMMING rule/regulation.

For the meet tonight in McPherson, Coach Reid is the only individual authorized to be in the areas mentioned above at this meet. If you need to talk to your swimmer, please do so at the north or east sides of the pool. Your swimmer may sit with you while they are not racing, so please use this time to talk to your swimmer. They will need to be paying attention to when their races are, as Coach Reid will not have time to hunt down swimmers.
