Age Group Champs Warmup Information & More

Hello Swim Families!

Below is the warmup information for this weekend’s 14 & Under Age Group Championships.

  • Lane: OPEN (any lane we choose)
  • Meet Starts: 5:00 pm
• Friday AM
  • Warmups: 8:00 – 8:30 am
    • Second Warmup Session
  • Lane: 7
  • Meet Starts: 8:45 am
• Friday PM
  • 10 & Under Warmups: 3:00 – 3:20 pm
  • 11 & Over Warmups: 3:20 – 4:00 pm
  • Lane: OPEN (any lane we choose)
  • Meet Starts: 4:15 pm
• Saturday AM
  • Warmups: 8:00 – 8:30 am
    • Second Warmup Session
  • Lane: 7
  • Meet Starts: 8:45 am
• Saturday PM
  • 10 & Under Warmups: 3:00 – 3:20 pm
  • 11 & Over Warmups: 3:20 – 4:00 pm

• Sunday AM
  • Warmups: 8:15 – 8:45 am
    • Second Warmup Session

  • Warmups: 3:30 – 4:15 pm
  • Lane: OPEN (any lane we choose)
  • Meet Starts: 4:30 pm

All 10 & Under races are TIMED FINALS whereas all 11 & Over races are prelims/finals.

10 & Under swimmers need only come to the PM sessions of the meet.

If a swimmer misses their race in prelims they will be automatically disqualified from their next event. If a swimmer misses their race in finals they will be automatically disqualified from the remainder of the meet and fined $100.

All information will be posted to the Blazers Hosted Meets page so please direct your parents there.

Meet Mobile: Please remind parents information posted to Meet Mobile this weekend will not be official or considered complete. We will be posting swimmers’ results on deck and upstairs near the entry to the stands. We will also post standings after any scratch changes in the same locations. Copies will be available at the Clerk of the Course table for coaches to look at.

Action Pictures:  

Wes Richardson will be in attendance if any athletes would like action pictures during the meet. Information can be found at this link for parents to register.

Door Schedule: The facility doors will not open until 30 mins prior to the first warm up for that session. Unless you have been emailed otherwise entry to the facility will be limited to these times.

Admissions/ Spectator Tickets: The link for spectator tickets is on the meet page. Full meet admissions $40 Single Session Admissions $15 Pre purchase for all admissions is now open.

If you are volunteering you will be sent a link to purchase your admissions at a discount.

Any items left in the stands between sessions such as towels and chairs will be removed. Seating is not able to be reserved.

Heat Sheets: Heat sheets will be posted to the meet page. There will not be any heat sheets printed for spectators.
