2025 Spooktacular Warmup Information

Hello Swim Families!

Please see the following meet warmup information for this weekend's 2025 Spooktacular, hosted by the Topeka Swim Association!

• Saturday AM - Session 1
  • Warmup: 8:00 am
  • Meet Starts: 9:30 am
  • Lanes: 5 & 6
• Saturday PM - Session 2
  • Warmup: Not Before 1:00 pm
  • Meet Starts: 1 Hour after the start of warmups
  • Lanes: Open
• Sunday AM - Session 3
  • Warmup: 8:00 am
  • Meet Starts: 9:30 am
  • Lanes: 5 & 6

Please also note that this meet is Long Course Meters, meaning the full Olympic size 50 meter pool--more than twice the distance of the pool at Genesis. Long course is what we swim in the summers, so having long course meet in October is a little odd but nothing we can't handle.

Coach Reid (me) will be at the meet while Coach Myles and the crew run practice back at Genesis.

All swimmers in the 800 and 1500 meter freestyle must provide their own timers and counters.
