U11 (2013) - U12 (2012)

The MVFA program will provide individual players with the essential skills and fundamentals to compete in the game of Futsal over a 4 month program (November - February).  The game of Futsal will help the players develop better foot skills and help them make faster decisions with the ball.  Our program is designed to complement, not compete with, a player’s regular soccer training with their own clubs.  With our team of highly qualified and experienced coaches, our priority is improving the Futsal and soccer skills of our players and offering opportunities for intense Futsal game-play.  Training will also build upon the fundamentals of dribbling, decisions under pressure, and passing, in a fast paced format.  The program is designed to build the foundation for teaching technical and tactical components that will improve the player’s understanding of the game.

The participation in this program will be by tryouts or invitations by the program directors.  Selected players will receive top level professional training throughout the four month program and represent MVFA at the VA Futsal State Cup and other local and regional tournaments.  Tentative program dates/times are below.

  • Training once per week
  • Winter league participation 
  • State Cup, Regional Tournament participation

  • November 1, 8, 15, December 6, 13, January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, February 7, 14, 21, 28 

Program Fee: $695

The Fee includes the following:

  • One training day per week (Approx. 14 sessions / 75 minute sessions)
  • Futsal ball
  • Qualified Futsal coaching staff
  • Age-specific curriculum
  • Futsal league team registration (The teams will play in the First Touch Futsal League starting in January)
  • State Cup entrance fee
  • Regional tournament entrance fee
  • USSF player registration fee
  • USSF coach registration fee

***Coaches may call additional sessions as space is available and as needed to prepare for tournaments/friendlies, etc. at no additional cost.

***Uniform package will be at an additional cost.
