11-12 Girls 400IM MW Record Shattered

Gnst rocked the blocks at the 2011 ACAC Rock the Block meet in Ames, Iowa!  Our 19 swimmers braved the cold and rain to take 2nd place!  Another Midwestern Record was set by Dannie Dilsaver with a time of 5:34.37 in the 11-12 girls 400 IM.  Way to go, team!
