GNST Coaches Complete "USRPT" Training!

 GNST coaches Cal Bentz and Sam Bach recently attended the Understanding and Implementing USRPT (Ultra-Short Race-Pace Training) Clinic in Lawrence, KS hosted by Brent Rushall, Ph.D., R.Psy. Professor Emeritus of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University and the Peter and Tina Andrew family. Coach Bentz said, “This was a great opportunity to learn and build upon our current race pace training. The clinic was very informative and will help GNST to continue to build upon its current race pace training”. Coach Bach is excited to implement the techniques into his own training as well as his athletes workouts.
