Building Confident Leaders On and Off the Pitch:
At CSF's School Academy, our main focus is to nurture creative and confident leaders on and off the pitch. Our group training sessions are designed to build confidence and improve technical skills, such as dribbling (ball mastery), shooting, and passing. With a dynamic and creative environment, our players thrive and maximize their development under the guidance of our expert coaching staff.

A Coaching Team You Can Trust:
Led by School Academy Director Tim Tretbar, a former collegiate goalkeeper from Queens University who played his youth soccer in Germany.  Tim is supported by CSF founders Coach Casey Carr and Adam Brundle. Carr with over 20 years of coaching experience for both boys and girls in Charlotte, including a previous title as Girls Coach of the Year while coaching at Charlotte United (now Charlotte Soccer Academy), our coaching team is second to none. Alongside Casey, Adam Brundle, a former Division I standout at Winthrop University and Norwich City Youth player, brings his expertise to further enhance our players' growth. Together with our dedicated team, we create a nurturing environment that prioritizes learning and consistent player development.

Empowering Risk-Taking and Skill Development:
At CSF, we foster a no guilt, no blame, no shame environment, encouraging players to take risks and try new skills without fear of judgment. This approach empowers our young athletes to explore their potential and become well-rounded players. We believe that developing character through the game of soccer is as important as building soccer skills.

Details of our Program:

1. Convenient School-Based Training: Our weekly 1-hour training sessions take place directly at your child's school, either before or after school, depending on the location. Say goodbye to the hassle of driving your kids to practice - we pick them up from their classrooms each week!
2. Access to Top Coaching Staff: Joining CSF's School Academy grants your child access to our amazing coaching staff, led by Tim Tretbar, Casey Carr and Adam Brundle. Additionally, our players have the opportunity to meet local professional soccer players during special appearances.
3. Inclusive Environment for All Abilities: Our Academy is open exclusively for students at our partner schools, providing a fun, engaging, and rewarding training environment for players of all abilities.
4. Year-Round Program: The program runs monthly throughout the school year, typically starting in September and concluding at the end of May. Opportunites and discounts are available for additional training, camps and clinics, as well through our Player Development Center program throughout the year.
5. Stay Informed with Our Communications App: Parents will have access to a communications app, receiving regular updates and photos from weekly training sessions.
