Warm Up Assignments for 2011 Upper Southeast Regional YMCA Champs

The warm up assignments for the 2011 Upper Southeast Regional YMCA Championships has been distributed.  YSST warm ups are as follows:

13 & Over prelim sessions - Friday 7:10 AM, Saturday 6:30 AM, and Sunday 7:10 AM

12 & Under sessions - Friday 11:30 AM, Saturday 12:10 PM, and Sunday 11:30 AM
