Advanced
This is the next step after passing the intermediate class. These gymnasts will learn more challenging skills while focusing on proper technique and reinforcing core body positions. They learn self-discipline, time management and a strong work ethic, which are critical to continued success in this sport. Our advanced class is two days per week.
Beginner
Ages 7 and up, the next step after the 5/6 year old class. Our beginner class provides children with a strong gymnastics foundation. This is a non-competitive program that emphasizes strength, coordination and flexibility, as they learn the fundamentals of gymnastics. We focus heavily on core skills that will be required to progress to the next level while exposing them to each of the four events. This is the foundation they will build upon in the future, and to correctly learn skills that are required in order to advance. Gymnasts may attend one or more classes per week.
