Hi Wahoo Families!

We have a few important updates—please take a moment to read through!

 

✅ I-Squad Meet – Thursday, 10/23 at 6pm

This will take the place of practice - even if your swimmer does not normally practice on this day, it is open to all our swimmers! It’s a PERFECT opportunity for both swimmers and parents to learn how meets work! Swimmers will get a feel for what a meet feels like with whistles and block starts for events as well as having their events timed. 

We will have rotation stations for parents, including:

  • How to time at meets

  • Learning from officials about rules/disqualifications (DQ) and more 

  • Meet expectations and flow

    You can also earn booster hours!

    ✅ Job signup is now open in the event. Please note that under the events, it is the  "Oct 23rd I-squad" - there is an RSVP tab for the swimmers and JOBS tab for the parents, please sign up for both so we can a) count swimmer numbers and coaches can pick their events and b) we know how many stations for parents to create and we will use that sign up to count your booster hours!

 

 

 

✅ Meet Entries Are Now Open for ALL Fall Meets!

We WILL be attending the Brookings Meet (Nov 8–9).

Please check the registration deadlines in each event and make sure to "declare" your swimmer “Yes” before it closes if you are planning to attend the meet. Please ensure that you "apply" (bottom right green button) your "yes" selection once you declare your swimmer sao that it saves. 

 

 

✅ Quick Survey – Help Scheels Stock Our Favorite Gear!

Scheels reached out and wants to keep swim equipment in-store based on OUR favorite brands.
