Good Evening!

As the first meet of the season approaches we wanted to make sure all our swimmers and families are ready!

  • Coaches will be sending out an email at the end of the week with warm up times and meet start times for all swimmers so be on the look out for that. 
  • Coaches will post the heat sheet for the meet where the meet file is located under that event tab. Please print yourself a copy as they will not be available for purchase at the meet. 
  • Using the heat sheet, please write your swimmer's events on their arms, if possible, to make it easier for the coaches. Use the E (event) H (heat) L (lane) S (stroke) format we provided for you in the parent handbook. /ndrrvy/UserFiles/Image/QuickUpload/ehl-on-arm-_044091.jpeg
  • For our new families, there is an app called “meet mobile” (see attachement for visual). For an annual fee, it will provide you with real time results for any meet and swimmer during that year.   • Remember to pack your swimmer extra towels, a robe or swim coat as they will get cold between events 
  • Water bottles with clear liquids only please
  • Snacks for between events should be healthy and easy to digest. Things like granola bars, apple sauces, energy balls/bars, bananas. Please avoid candy, chips and junk food. Please avoid gold fish crackers as those don’t do well when dropped on wet pool decks. 
  • Flip flops, crocs or other water shoes are best for swimmers on deck as things will be wet.  
  • Don’t forget to pack your swim cap and goggles and have fun!
