Friday Practice and Meet on Sunday

Due to the boys' home meet this Friday, January 30th, there will be no practice for all groups - go cheer on the Knightriders! 

Sunday, February 1st:

Warm-Up: 8:00AM - please be on deck and ready to go by 7:55AM
Start Time: 9:05AM

Programs will be for sale at the meet
