This program is dedicated to enhancing the off-ice development of West Fargo hockey players. It is facilitaed in our brand new state of the art weightroom located in Veterans Arena (Rink1). 

Our team of professionals are invested in fostering human and hockey development. We focus on teaching our players the importance of discipline, nutrition, sleep, hydration, strength & conditioning.
