2020-2021 Registration Letter to our Families

Hello Everyone, 

We hope you have enjoyed the Summer program of North Shore Swim Club. We have been working diligently with our facilities for the 2020-2021 seasons. NSSC will look much like the summer program this coming fall. Due to Covid-19 restriction, we will continue with limited numbers of swimmers. Swimmers will have set locations, days and times for practices. We are committed to practices at Medford High School and Gordon College and will begin accepting registrations for these two pools. We are finalizing start dates and directions with all other facilities. As you can see, this coming year is still a work in progress. Because of these un-answered commitments and changes, budgeting has been exceptionally difficult. 

Hosting multiple swimming meets and the Swim-A-Thon has enabled us to proudly maintain the same tuition for the past five years. Unfortunately, state guidelines on indoor activities has forced a change in our pricing. Due to limited space, registration will be offered to current members first. We will be offering a full year price and a seasonal price. We are trying to keep pricing as low as possible. We are asking the full year, Fall in full or Fall payment be paid by check, so we can defer credit card fees. Credit cards will still be accepted, based on the registration timeline. If paying by credit card, you must email Coach Tony and confirm which program to be charged. We hope to fill the program for the year with our current families. However, we do have a waiting list, as many teams are still in upheaval. 

Please note the payment will secure your position in the program. However, it does not complete your registration for the 2020-2021 season. We will be posting the revised club manual, parent agreement, USA Swimming registration, clothing form and appropriate waivers by the end of August. As we finalize more pools, we will open more registration spots. 

Registration Timeline:

August 4- August 13: Coaches will accept Current NSSC Fall payment by check at the Pool or via mail. 

August 13- End of Summer program. 

August 17, 2020: New Families will be able to register for NSSC.
