Updates and Reminders 9/6/21

 

Happy Labor Day! We hope you have had an incredible summer! We are excited to see everyone back at the pool. Some notes: 

 

1-  Club Manual: IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO ALREADY, the DOCUSIGN of the club manual is past due. If you did not receive it, please email Amy O'Brien at  [email protected]. This is mandatory for all families in the program and must be completed before your child begins practices.  

 

2-  Practices: We begin practices on Wednesday 9/8 at Hanscom, Gordon, Medford and Lexington BSC. We begin practices on Monday 9/13 at St. John's Prep and Shawsheen Tech. 

 

3-  Swim Meet: Our first swim meet is the Freestyle Fling at Medford HS on Saturday evening September 25. All events are freestyle. All information can be found on the events page of the website. You have received an invitation to attend this event. Please remember you must ACCEPT OR DECLINE the invitation.  If you do not act on the invitation, coaches might enter your child, and you will be responsible for charges. Also- New this year (in manual), you will be charged 5.00 for not acting on the invitation. PRETEAM is not included in meet invitations. 

 

4-  Covid: Please remember that everyone, regardless of the vaccination status must wear masks at all locations inside at all times. Parents please remember that you must drop off and pick up your child ON TIME. Swimmers should have a ziplock bag or tupperware for their mask. 

 

5-  Required Clothing: We will be distributing required clothing at all locations over the next two weeks. All swimmers in the program will be receiving. Sizes for T shirts and bathing suits must be in your account online. If not, please do so immediately. Required clothing this year will be: Short sleeve T shirt, Long Sleeve T shirt and Bathing suit. Bathing caps, fins, goggles, snorkels and backpacks will also be available for purchase.
