Updates and Reminder 10/26/21

Below are some updates and reminders for you. 

 

1. Be on time! Please remember punctuality and being on time are expected from all swimmers. Being on time is a life lesson that we are trying to instill. Blue and green swimmers are expected early to do their dynamic stretching. 

 

2. No Practices - There is no Medford practice on Thursday 10/28 due to a high school meet. Please join us at one of our other locations. There is no practice Saturday 10/30 due to our swim meet. 

 

3. Financials - All charges to accounts are up to date as of Tuesday 10/26/21. Please review your account. Charges include tuition payments, swim meet fees for October and clothing. If you will be paying by check, please bring it into practice or mail before Thursday 10/28/21. Credit cards will be automatically charged for balances on Monday, November 1, 2021. 

 

3. Turkey Classic Meet - The deadline to declare for this meet is Friday 11/5/21. However, we are close to filling this meet. If we reach our allotted number, we will close registration early. 

 

4. Clothing: The weather is changing! Please make sure all swimmers have warm clothing to leave the pool in. We are having all swimmers try on Winter jackets (Parkas) at practices this week. We will be sending out an order form once we size all children at all pools.
