NSSC - Updates and Reminders

1. Safe Sport Training - We need your help recertifying NSSC as a Safe Sport Club! USA swimming is hosting Zooms for Safe sport training for parents and swimmers! We need your help recertifying NSSC as a Safe Sport Club. As a requirement our parents and swimmers must attend these meetings.

2. Swim a Thon - We have raised $15,833.00 so far!! Great job everyone! If we reach $17,000 by Saturday night we will be having fun relay practices and candy on Monday!!

  

3. Practice Reminders - This is the final week of zoom drylands! Last practice of our Winter season is Friday 4/15/22. We will then have a break until the Spring/Summer Season begins on Monday 4/25/22

  

4. Clothing - We are having a sale on team T-shirts!! 2 for $25.00. Please let Coach Mat know your size and either long sleeve white or short sleeve blue!

  

5. College Coach Panel!! -   Interested in swimming in college? Unsure about how to handle the college recruiting process? 

   

Join the Athlete Reps on Sunday, April 10th from 7:30-9:00pm via Zoom to discuss with three active college coaches what college swimming is like and how to navigate the recruitment process.  

   

We will be joined by  

Coaches Adam Hoyt (Tufts) 

Kelly Lennon (Army West Point) 

Brian Thomas (George Washington).  

   

The event will be moderated by the Athlete Reps, followed by a live Q&A at the end.
