Updates and Reminders
NSSC had a great first swim meet of the 2022-2023 Season at Gordon College this past Saturday! Thank you to everyone who helped with volunteering, and to the kids for doing a great job of racing, cheering and counting for your teammates! Below we have some updates and reminders for you.
1. October 1 financials - Please check your online account. Fall Payment # 2, 9/24 swim meet, clothing have been billed. Checks are due and appreciated by 9/30. Credit cards will be auto charged on 10/1. Please direct questions to Amy Murphy:

2. Hanscom Closed - There are no Hanscom practices Monday-Wednesday, 9/26-9/28. Practices will resume Thursday 9/29/22. We will keep everyone updated as we continue to receive information. Please join us at BSC, Medford, Gordon, SJP.
3. Practice Schedule: There is no Saint John's Prep practice Tuesday 9/27 or Wednesday 9/28. Please join us at Gordon College. There is no Gordon practice Saturday 10/1/22, please join us at Hanscom.
4. Mandatory clothing - If you have not picked up your mandatory clothing, you must do so by the end of the week. After that you will need to make arrangements to pick up with your facility coach.
5. Start and Turn Clinic! - Please join us at Medford, Gordon or BSC for a Start and Turn Clinic this Friday 9/30/22!!
6. Meet Deadlines -
The deadline for all of our Fall Season meets is Friday, September 30, 2022. This means that the deadline for all meets through December is Friday September 30, 2022.
7. Athlete Workshop! - This Saturday October 1st, NE swimming is hosting Olympia Samantha Aresenault for the Centering Athlete Wellbeing Workshop! Follow the link below for any and all information
8. La Vida Rock Gym - The La Vida Center for Outdoor Education is excited to offer another session of rock gym classes and lessons starting September 6. They welcome all ages and abilities to learn new climbing techniques and refine current skills. You can sign up for a class or for a private lesson. Spots fill quickly so La Vida recommends signing up as soon as you are able. Registrations can be submitted here:
